In these moments of happenstance, something unexpected emerges. The clay seems to discover its own path when our hands step back from certainty.
GRAVITY'S EMBRACE
At ARKHE OBJECT, the journey begins in this space between knowing and letting go. Where gravity becomes collaborator and light becomes medium.
Illumination transforms solid into vessel, matter into atmosphere. The sculptures breathe with their surroundings, casting ephemeral dialogues that become part of the spaces they will inhabit.
MATERIAL MEMORIES
Every surface tells a story of convergence. Volcanic ash from Iceland's Eyjafjallajökull. Sea glass gathered from Aegean shores. These are not merely ingredients, they are memories made tangible, geographies made intimate.
In the studio, we practice a ritual of surrender. Clay descends through space, finding form not through imposition, but through release. Each fold and valley maps a moment of letting go.
Fire leaves its unpredictable signature. The elements transform in the kiln's embrace, revealing narratives that emerge from heat rather than human design.
THE SPACE BETWEEN ART AND FUNCTION
These pieces begin as pure expression, then transform into function. They inhabit the threshold where sculpture meets utility, becoming ceramic sculptures that can illuminate space.
Unlit, they are fossils of a creative moment capturing geological time in clay. Illuminated, they become present participants in space that can illuminate space.
